Programme Note

Airs, for wind quintet, is in five movements. Each movement has a melody at its core that it presents in different ways, some of which are more playful and others more sincere. Through this, Airs also embraces the unique sound and character of each of the five instruments and the ways in which these can interact while always maintaining their individual identities.
